New Headquarters – Warehouse completed
News from our construction site
Just a few months after the start of construction, we are thrilled to reflect on the impressive progress of our new production facility. The journey began with the purchase of the property in February, followed by site preparation in July, and now the project is rapidly taking shape.
The hall building, with its concrete ceiling completed just before Christmas, is already in place, offering 1,800 m² of space to accommodate the future growth of our production operations. As part of a room-in-room system, we are significantly expanding our existing liquid production capabilities, while also increasing our capacity in dry production. In addition to capsules, our product range will now include powders and tablets.
Progressing further
Our new warehouse will feature a state-of-the-art goods sluice system and high-rise shelving to optimize space and efficiency. The laboratories for quality assurance and product development are strategically located nearby, fostering seamless collaboration throughout every stage of production.
We would like to particularly highlight the impressive speed at which our construction is progressing. A prime example of this is the installation of the windows, which was completed in just two weeks—an achievement that has significantly accelerated the overall timeline.
Ending the year with a celebration
Work on other areas, including the office spaces, is also advancing swiftly. Additionally, we are planning the installation of a modern show kitchen, which will be ideal for tastings, training sessions, and presentations. A spacious rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the mountains on clear days, will provide our employees with a relaxing space to unwind.
A heartfelt thank you goes to the municipality of Oberhaching for their excellent cooperation throughout the project. To show our appreciation, we are hosting a construction site celebration on December 19th. All those involved in the construction process so far, including GROSS Bauunternehmen GmbH and all other contractors whose efforts have contributed to our rapid progress, are invited to join us in this celebration.
